The VMAXFlex is a replicate of the Maximum Value, Maximum Performance VMAX480 without the front panel buttons for a more flexible cost. The VMAXFlex is available with basic storage from 500 gigabytes to 3 terabytes. It has all the functions of the VMAX480 and can easily be controlled with your included USB mouse or IR Remote Control.
The Digital Watchdog 3TB VMAX 960H Flex H.264 Standalone Digital Video Recorder uses H.264 video compression to record real-time video at 960H, D1, 2CIF, and CIF resolutions. It features two SATA II/III hard drive interfaces that provide 3TB of internal storage capacity - making this DVR just right for low to mid-size applications. The 8-channel VMAX 960H Flex has a variety of video outputs including HDMI, VGA, and more. There's also a Gigabit Ethernet LAN interface, an RS-232C control terminal, eight audio inputs, eight sensor inputs, two audio outputs, and two sensor outputs.
To ensure maximum user convenience, the standalone DVR comes with a USB mouse and an IR remote control. You can use either of these included accessories to control the intuitive graphic user interface (GUI). There are also front panel control buttons that you can use to navigate the GUI. Digital Watchdog's VMAX 960H Flex works with mobile applications as well. The apps are available for iOS devices like your iPad or iPhone, Android smartphones and tablets, BlackBerry devices (up to Version 8), and Amazon's Kindle Fire tablet models. The DVR's other notable features include free DDNS, one-touch video playback/backup, single channel playback in live display mode, and support for true S.M.A.R.T health checks with e-mail notifications.
The VMAX960HFlex model is an advanced H.264 Stand Alone digital video recorder that records real-time at 960H, D1, 2CIF, and CIF Resolutions. This DVR offers the unparalleled image quality of the VMAX960H, at an affordable cost for low and mid-size applications. The Video Mount Products DVR-LB3 Low-Profile DVR / Storage Lockbox is designed for 19" (48.26 cm) equipment racks. It is 2- or 4-post mountable with adjusting rear flanges to accommodate a variety of rack depths. The lockbox is made primarily of formed steel and incorporates riveted studs and arc welds in its construction.
The rear post mounting ears are adjustable to fit equipment racks ranging in depth from 17.38 to 24” (441.45 x 609.6mm). The lockbox includes a fan and has a mounting location for a second fan (sold separately) if desired. It also features multiple vents with removable vent blockers for both active and passive thermal management. It also includes a key-locked front door with an interlocking lift-off lid.
