INVID-Wireless-Wiegand “WW” device kit allows you to connect peripheral devices such as readers, electric locks, door position sensors, and exit buttons to the access control controller unit up to 3,281 feet (1,000 meters) without having to run communication cables.
INVID-Wireless-Wiegand “WW” devices included in the kit are ready to use out of the box. Additional configuration of the kit is done through the builtin web interface accessed via the built-in Wi-Fi access points. To increase security, data exchange between devices can be encrypted.
The “Edge” device can connect up to two readers, code keypads, or their combined versions
via Wiegand 4, 8, 26, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 40, 42, 48, 56, 64, 72, and 80 bit.
The “Edge” device is equipped with relay outputs to control locks or other devices, inputs to control exit buttons and door opening sensors, and auxiliary contacts for local emergency blocking/unblocking.
The “Gate” device provides a connection to the controller unit for which it is equipped with appropriate inputs and outputs.
